Dell Building Services was founded with a simple aspiration: to deliver building services the way you would want them yourself – reliable, thorough and honest.
Owner Alexander Dell and his team today look after industrial and commercial businesses, construction companies, property managers and private clients across Baden. From an ongoing cleaning contract to a one-off post-construction clean, the same standard always applies: we treat every property as if it were our own.
What sets us apart is closeness to the client – a permanent contact who knows your property and thinks ahead. For many clients that makes us far more than a service provider: a strategic partner who plans cleaning and facility management for the long term, sets consistent standards and grows with your company.
