Clearance
We clear flats, cellars, attics, garages and garden sheds – whether a single room or an entire property. You tell us what should stay, we take care of the rest and hand the space back swept clean.
What's included?
Inspection & fixed price
We take a look at the flat, cellar or attic on site and give you a binding fixed price before anything is touched.
Clearing furniture, bulky waste & small items
From the bulky wardrobe to the last box on the shelf – we carry, transport and load, including across several floors.
Separation by disposition
On request we sort out what's still usable and cleanly separate the rest for proper disposal.
Handover swept clean
After clearing, the room is roughly cleaned and ready for handover – to landlord, successor tenant or renovator.
Appointment on your schedule
We agree the execution date with you and keep to it, even when a handover is coming up at short notice.
Clear space, without lifting a finger
A cellar packed full, an attic full of boxes from three decades, or a garage with no room left for a car – such situations quickly turn into a project that's hard to tackle alone. Heavy furniture, unclear disposal routes and the sheer volume of items cost time, your back and your nerves. A professional clearance frees up usable space again in a short time, without you having to carry, sort or make repeated trips to the recycling centre yourself.
Reliability matters especially for deadlines like a handover to a landlord: miss it and you risk a rent reduction or additional costs. With a fixed appointment and trained staff, we make sure your rooms are handed over on time and swept clean – whether it's a single room or an entire flat.
Frequently Asked Questions
No, that's not strictly necessary. After a joint inspection and agreeing what should stay, we can also carry out the clearance independently and give you feedback afterwards.
Depending on scope and our current workload, short-notice appointments are also possible. After the inspection we give you a concrete execution date, which we keep to.
It starts with a free, non-binding on-site inspection. You then receive a fixed-price quote covering all the services discussed – with no hidden costs. Only once you agree do we schedule the appointment and carry out the clearance.
Usable pieces don't have to end up in a skip. By arrangement we pass them on for reuse or to charitable organisations; in some cases their value can also be credited against the job. What you want to keep, of course, stays untouched.
Yes, a partial clearance is entirely possible. Whether only the cellar, attic or garage should be cleared is up to you – we work to your needs. We clearly define the scope together during the inspection.
