Household Clearance

For property management companies, legal guardians and heirs' communities, we handle the complete clearance of flats and houses – discreetly, swiftly and with care. You commission us once, and we take care of clearing, sorting and handover.

What's included?

  • Coordination with management or guardian

Agreeing scope, date and special requests directly with the commissioning contact.

  • Reviewing personal documents

Documents, photos and personal items are set aside separately before clearing begins.

  • Complete clearance of the property

Furniture, household goods and fittings are fully removed, including cellar and attic contents.

  • Proper disposal

Separated disposal by material; items of value are treated separately by arrangement.

  • Handover swept clean

The property is prepared for handover to landlord, successor tenant or new owner.

Meeting deadlines, without extra effort

For property managers and guardians, a household clearance is usually part of a larger organisational process – a resident moving into care, a change of tenant, or settling an estate within an heirs' community. In all these cases, a reliable, on-time process matters, so deadlines towards owners, authorities or co-heirs are met without extra coordination effort falling on you.

At the same time, these are often personal and emotionally charged situations. Considerate handling of belongings and discreet conduct on site matter just as much as the clearance itself. As the commissioning party, you can rely on us to document the clearance properly and hand over the property correctly and on time.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, we agree the process and commissioning directly with the responsible contact, such as the property manager, guardian or a representative named by the heirs' community.

These are reviewed separately before the actual clearance and handed to the commissioning party, before the rest of the property is cleared.

After a free inspection you receive a binding fixed-price quote that all parties involved – co-heirs or the management, for example – can review at their own pace. Once commissioned, we clear the property completely on the agreed date and hand it back swept clean.

On request we review furniture and household goods for items of value and, by arrangement, credit their value against the job. We clarify transparently during the inspection whether and to what extent this is possible.

A household clearance often follows a death or a move into care – our team acts with corresponding sensitivity and discretion. We work discreetly towards neighbours and the building community, and handle keepsakes and personal items with care.
