2. General information on data processing
We process personal data only insofar as this is necessary to provide a functional website as well as our content and services, or where you have given consent. Personal data is treated confidentially and in accordance with statutory provisions.
3. Hosting
This website is hosted on Microsoft Azure Static Web Apps. The provider is Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd., One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland (data centre region EU/West Europe). When the site is accessed, the host processes technically necessary data in server log files (e.g. IP address, date/time, file requested, browser type/operating system, referrer) to ensure secure and stable delivery. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest). A data processing agreement (Microsoft Data Protection Addendum) is in place with Microsoft; any transfer to third countries is safeguarded by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
4. SSL/TLS encryption
For security reasons this site uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by “https://” in your browser's address bar.
5. Contact form and contact
If you contact us via the contact form, by e-mail or by phone, we process the information you provide (e.g. name, e-mail address, phone number, subject and message) to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual/contractual measures) or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (effective handling of enquiries). The data is deleted once it is no longer required; statutory retention periods remain unaffected.
6. Online appointment booking
Via the booking form we process the data you provide (in particular name or company, e-mail address, phone number, property address if applicable, the requested service as well as date and time) in order to check your request, create the appointment and arrange it with you. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.
The processing of the form data takes place via a serverless function operated in the Microsoft Azure cloud (EU region). Appointments are then stored via the Microsoft Graph interface in our calendar (Microsoft 365 / Microsoft Exchange Online). The provider is Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd., One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland. A data processing agreement (Microsoft Data Protection Addendum) is in place with Microsoft; any transfer to third countries is safeguarded by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

On the contact page we embed map material from Google Maps. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”).
